What information do we collect: – When you register for a course:

Here we collect the information: name, workplace, housing, telephone and email address (the information form you fill out when you register for the course).

When you sign up for our newsletter:
Name and email address We only use your information according to the data law and we store it (see more below) but do not hand it over to others / 3rd party. For storing your information we use data processors. Read more about these below.

Where do we store the information:

– When you have signed up for a course: We store your information in our accounting program “Dinero” which is where we print and send off bills. We store the information for 5 years so that we can document our revenue to authorities. We do not disclose your information or use it for advertising / marketing, etc.

– only for accounting purposes. We have a data processing agreement with Dinero. Here you can read more about Dinero’s safety procedures etc. https://dinero.dk/sikkerhed/ In addition, the above information is stored in a “Microsoft word” sheet (Microsoft office 365 program: Link to microsoft data protection: (https://privacy.microsoft.com/en-uk) It is not possible to get an individual data processing agreement with Microsoft but with the link below you can read about Microsoft’s basis for data processing; What is relevant in relation to data processing can be found on pages 8-15 and in appendix 3 and 4. https://www.microsoft. com / en-us / licensing / product-licensing / products.aspx The document is stored on our company computer (which is stored at our company address), in order to be able to quickly contact course participants before a course and document participants on our course which subsequently may need some help from us in the form of diplomas / course certificates etc. And we send a “thank you last” course mail out after the course with information and possibly inquiry about feedback from our students.

One-mail: When you send us an email / contact us or sign up for a course, mail comes in our one-mails. We store these emails until they are transferred to our other programs (see above) We have a data processing agreement with them. – When you sign up for our newsletter: The information we store on you in connection with the newsletter is your name and email address and all information is used solely to send out the newsletter. We store the information in Mailchimp which is the company through which we send out our newsletters. MailChimp is certified sv.t. The Privacy Shield device between the EU and the US and we have a data processing agreement with them. How do we use the information:

– Registered newsletter: the information is used to send out the newsletter – Registered course: the information is used as accounting documentation, contact with students before course attendance, course feedback and help with missing documents after course holding (see more above). – Cookies: Our website program automatically collects number of visitors / time / place etc. when visiting the website. However, we have no cookies to collect data on the individual visitor in relation to advertising or anything else. Your rights and security: Security: only authorized employees and a specific work-related purpose can access your information, which is also protected by code. The computer on which we store the information locally (in relation to the above mentioned excell sheets) is also code protected and stored at our business address. Your rights: It is important to us that we comply with all rules and your rights are applicable. the law: the right of access, the right to object, correct the wrong information, deletion, limitation of treatment / choose how / how much we may use your data for, disclosure of data, special conditions on your part: you are always right to get information about what information we have stored on you, or get deleted, modified and handed over. You can do this by contacting us at mail@fysioterapikurser.dk

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter (and thus avoid being contacted with advertisements etc.) by unsubscribing in the newsletter or writing on the above email. You can write to us if you have special conditions regarding your data or restrictions regarding our use of these.

You have the right to complain to the Data Inspectorate if you do not experience that we honor the applicable legislation. See link to the Data Inspectorate at the top of this document.
